SEA GODDESS

A goddess needs certain attributes.
This one chose bad weather.

The sea occupies the upper part of her face, almost completely erasing her gaze. What remains is the mouth, the skin, and a presence that does not seem particularly interested in being understood.

Perhaps that is enough for a deity.
