Returns & Refunds Policy

At MYLOVT, every piece is created to order and tailored specifically for each client. Our work combines craftsmanship, material sensitivity, and emotional precision — ensuring that every product reflects the essence of its owner.
Because of this bespoke approach, our production process begins immediately once an order is confirmed, meaning our returns policy must follow the legal framework that governs personalised goods.

1. Personalised products and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

This means that, once your order has been confirmed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns due to a change of mind or error in product selection.

Each MYLOVT creation is individually produced for you and cannot be resold or repurposed, which is why these exceptions exist under current consumer law.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Every item leaving our studio undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment.
If, despite our best efforts, you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 info@mylovt.com
