ROAD TO NOWHERE

The road has taken the place of the eyes.

We don't know whether it leads forward or comes from somewhere. It hardly matters. The landscape remains perfectly ordered: trees aligned, the horizon in the distance, no sign of danger.

The strange thing is that everything seems to be exactly where it should be.

Except us.
