Architecture occupies the face without completely erasing it.

Walls, arches and skin share the same cracks. It is no longer clear what belongs to the building and what belongs to the person remembering it.

Memory works this way: it preserves some parts, displaces others, and fills the rest with materials that were never there.

In the end, we also remember what we have lost.
